One day in October, I received a mysterious email, which specified that we wanted to purchase 10-15 sets of our Samhoor Punch Presses, and the customer asked us to provide an agenda for the meeting.
This group of customers acted very decisively, their needs were clearly stated, and they seemed to be a very professional purchaser. I spent some time to prepare the meeting schedule confirmation form according to the customer's requirements, in which I found that the customer is most concerned about the price and warranty, which are almost all customers are very concerned about the content.
November 17th, our factory welcomed a group of customers from Russia, probably due to the confirmation of the agenda of the meeting, so the customers acted decisively, get off the car and go straight to our workshop to check the High Speed Punching Machine equipment.
In our High Speed Punch Press workshop, the first thing customers see is our quality inspection department, just our masters in the Punch Press parts one by one quality inspection, so that the customers see the process of our High Speed Press quality inspection, customers admire our rigor, because customers say that our punch press factory actually even buttons will carry out quality inspection, can be seen in the production of quality control is extremely serious and earnest.
Finally seeing our high speed punching machines in workshop, customers come in and pick up the cell phone to take pictures, and then ask some technical content, and have a relatively shallow technical exchange with our supervisor. Customers especially on the punch press speed and precision requirements are relatively high, at the same time, pay great attention to high-speed mold supporting the production, we are required to provide not only meet the requirements of the punch press, but also need to provide a good performance of high-speed molds, customers are really very professional, the production of their own products to understand the equipment very thoroughly.
After seeing the stamping press machines, we returned to the conference room for a deeper exchange and discussion. In addition to the requirements of price and quality assurance, the customer also asked us to provide molds and peripheral equipment used with the punching equipment, hoping that we can provide a complete set of stamping production line solutions.
According to the customer's stamping product: automobile terminal connector, we have evaluated a complete production program to the customer in a short time, and the customer is still relatively satisfied. Because customers have high requirements for punching machine equipment, they require us to provide high-quality punching machine production line equipment, high-quality peripheral equipment, high-quality mold and other solutions. Because the customer's time is very rushed, so we have to immediately after the meeting to provide the customer with a second better complete terminal connector punching production line.
Because of the limited time, the customer was in a hurry to go to another factory, we did not even have a chance to have lunch, the customer rushed to the next factory. We know that the client's time is tight, so we don't have too much retention. During this period, I found that the Russian customer was very educated, came to our factory to see the punching machine equipment and went to the conference room, just before entering the door, the customer asked us to wait for a moment, we thought something had happened, the customer was outside the door for 2-3 minutes to smoke, and then followed us to the conference room, in the conference room, the customer wanted to smoke, but also walked out of the conference room. To smoke in our office break room... Our customers are really civilized and we are amazed at how polite and civilized they are and hope we can learn something good from them too.
Time always flies, after the meeting, the customer rushed to the next factory, the customer said that this will be a good memory, hope we can reach cooperation as soon as possible, and maintain a long-term cooperation relationship.
