March 15 lunch break, our factory suddenly came to an elder level customer, although the customer did not make an appointment to come to our High Speed Press factory, but we still immediately came to the factory to receive the customer.
After exchanging ideas, we learned that the customer is an Indian who has his own office in China, specializing in the production of textile reeds, rapier reeds, shuttle reeds, shaped reeds, stainless steel reeds, loom reeds, air-jet reeds and other metal reeds. Most of the client's industries are related to textile industry, and the client said that Bangladesh is the paradise of garment industry, and he wants to manufacture various kinds of reeds and sell them to Bangladesh... The client's entrepreneurial experience is very admirable.
The customer took out his product textile reed sheet samples, our engineers and bosses picked them up and started to evaluate the suitable stamping program according to the customer's product requirements. Our engineers quickly evaluated a suitable solution for the customer's shuttle weaving machine reed sheet Punch Press after understanding the width and thickness of the raw material, the feeding requirements, the stamping speed, and the requirements of the mold with the customer.
The production solution for the textile reeds is to use a C-type 45 tons High Speed Punch Press, configured with high speed stamping dies, and equipped with a powered single head stocker to facilitate loading and unloading, save manpower, and improve efficiency. The customer has always emphasized the need for fast stamping, because the customer wants to greatly increase the production volume, so the customer has always required the RPM to reach at least 500, so as to meet the requirements of his production volume.
Because the thickness of the customer's product is 0.5, the choice of standard feeding machine obviously cannot meet the requirements of RPM500, and because of the consideration of the feeding step and the problem of the material, our engineers to assess again, decided to change the standard feeding machine to apply to the C-type 45tons high-speed press servo feeder, feeding step can be resolved, the feeding speed can reach at least 300 or so, why can't reach the RPM500 that the customer wants? Because of the consideration of the mold and the problem of the material, to ensure the quality of the product is good, while not wasting raw materials, so the choice of RPM300 or so servo feeder is the most appropriate. After many times of communication, the customer finally agreed to our C-type punching machine with servo feeder program.
In order to meet the customer's fast stamping, improve production requirements, we changed the standard feeder to servo feeder, servo feeder and our C-type high speed punch press use complement each other, greatly improving the production efficiency of the reed sheet, because to meet the customer's production requirements, the customer decided to buy our Samhoor punch press right away.
