Thai Customers Witness Intelligent Manufacturing at Samhoor Precision Press

A Thai industrial delegation conducted an in-depth inpsection of the Samhoor high speed precision presses manufacturing base to jointly draw a new blueprint for the production of motor cores.

Last week, Samhoor's high speed precision presses manufacturing base welcomed special international visitors-a professional inspection team form Thailand for motor stator & rotor projects. This team composed of senior engineers and project decision-makers conducted a comprehensive three-day inspection, not only experiencing the outstanding performance of the SAH-200HK series High Speed Punch Press, but also held a strategic discussions with our technical team on the production solutions of the entire motor core line.

This is the most precision stamping solution that is closest to German craftsmanship that I have ever seen. Mr. Navin, the chief engineer of Thailand who claiming 28 years of experience in the research and development of stamping equipment, after witnessing stable demonstration of 1,000 strokes per minute. During the inspection, this technical expert not only made a detailed comparison of the Punch Presses parameters but also put forward innovative suggestions for the optimization of workshop logistics, including pneumatic improvement schemes for the rapid mold change systems and shockwave transmission optimization strategies, fully demonstrating professional experitise.

From a system integration perspective, Project Director Mr. Vichai stated requirements. We need not only just single equipment but complete line ecosystems ensuring decade-long stable operation. This requires forming a complete digital loop from precision control of metal coil slitting to AI algorithms for automatic core detection. In response to this, the Samhoor's technical team demonstrated on the spot the newly developed "Intelligent stamping technology" on the spot. Through the loT platform, data intercommunication among the feeding machine, slitting machine, Punch Press and inspection equipment was achieved, which was highly recognized by the members of the inspection team.

Several strategic consensuses were reached during this inspection:

1. Jointly develop moisure-proof high speed punch presses suitable for the climate of Southeast Asia.

2. Establish a bilingual remote operation and maintenance support center in Chinese and Thai.

3. Customize turnkey production lines including automatic mold changing systems.

General Manager Mr. Zheng stated: The Thai teams' rigorous stype approach highly aligns with our "precision smart manufacturing" philosophy. We will form a transnational technical task forces to ensure equipment parameters fully meet tropical operational requirements and establish full lifecycle digital profiles for each machine.
